we will be having a social on Thursday, July 30th at the Nampa Elks Lodge #1389 located 1116 1st St S, Nampa, Idaho.  The lodge opens at 4:30pm and dinner gets severed at 6:00pm - 7:30pm.  This will be a good time for those that have not been to the Elks Lodge in Nampa, to come out and see the building while getting a meal and drink.  Let Nick know if you're going to attend so he may provide the cook with a headcount.  Email, text message, or phone call will be acceptable.

We will be looking for Marines to join our ranks, selling raffle tickets for our gun raffle that will be held on Nov 10, 2026 at 1900 at Quinn's Restaurant in Boise, Idaho. We will also be getting information out about who we are and how we support the Marine Corps Veteran community.

The local Treasure Valley Veterans Stand Down takes place on Friday, September 26, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Ford Idaho Center located at 16114 N Idaho Center Blvd in Nampa, Idaho. This free event offers local veterans and their families food, health screenings, and benefit assistance.

The 16th Annual Chrome at the Home motorcycle rally and fundraiser is scheduled for Sunday, September 27, 2026, at the Idaho State Veterans Home located at 320 Collins Road in Boise. Bike parking and registration begin at 9:00 AM, and the opening ceremony starts at 11:00 AM.

The 78th annual Boise Holiday Parade takes place in downtown Boise on Saturday, November 28, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM. The festive procession features marching bands, holiday floats, and dancers near Jefferson Street and 10th Street.
